Meridian, MS- The EMBDC is proud to announce the 2009-2010 Ambassadors. The Ambassador Committee is a committee comprised of dedicated volunteers who assist with numerous membership activities and events throughout the year including ribbon cuttings and ground breakings conducted by the EMBDC. They work to secure new members and increase membership retention by building relationships and maintaining communication with existing and prospective members. This is group consists of an elite group of people and currently has a waiting list for new participants.
"We are extremely excited about this enthusiastic group of men and women who serve as the backbone of the EMBDC's community and economic development programs, says Sara Carmichael, Manager of the Chamber of Commerce. "These individuals work tirelessly on a daily basis, not only for the EMBDC but proudly represent their companies as well."
