The Preserve at Meridian will be one of the first smart-apartment communities, catering to today’s senior living needs. It will have independent cottages, assisted living apartments, and Memory Care with 24-hour nursing/care assistance. Multiple dining destinations offer chef-prepared menus with fresh ingredients. Nothing makes you feel more at home than the simple pleasure of a shared meal with family or friends. The menu features daily specials along with a variety of substitutions based on individual needs. Homemade soups, magnificent salads, and fresh entrees are a few of their culinary treasures. Additionally, they can accommodate several dietary considerations for specific health-related needs.

With plans to open in February 2022, the Meridian location is the first facility being built, with another to be constructed in Starkville. The cottages are brick cobblestone homes with carport/garage. They come with everything except your electricity, and they are taking reservations for apartments now. Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.
