She continues, “I moved to Meridian three years ago with my husband. I say a need here to connect these large companies with the available workforce. One thing Onin does is really try to get anchored and involved in the community. Getting to learn about the businesses here and what they do is interesting. Helping problem solve and bring solutions to their hiring needs is our goal. Businesses should realize that their product and service are only going to be as good as their employees. Let them know that you expect the best from them as they represent your company. The experience one customer has with one employee sets the tone for how they will always think of that business.”
Onin Staffing believes in community partnership. There are many businesses in the Meridian /Lauderdale County area that can support one another.
