Pine Lake Fellowship Camp

A Christian Camp & Retreat Center

Pine Lake Fellowship Camp was founded in 1966 as a Christian camp and retreat center. The retreat facilities and campus provide a peaceful setting for growing closer to God, creation, and reconnecting with each other. PLFC boasts over 115 acres of wooded, rolling hills with two lakes and multiple hiking trails just outside of Meridian, MS.

A summer camp program was developed to bring campers of diverse backgrounds into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. Pine Lake Fellowship Camp offers retreats and programs for all ages: Summer Camp for ages 6-17 (overnight & day camps), Young Adult, Senior Adult (55+), Camp Quilt Retreat & Workshop, Dads & Kids Weekend Retreat, and other programs. Churches, families, and organizations can reserve facilities for retreats, reunions, and other events.

“Camp is multi-generational! Most people think camp is only for children & youth in the summer, but the camp experience is something that all ages enjoy and need,” says Matt Graybill, Executive Director. “Each summer, we greet grandparents who were campers in the 60’s and 70’s as they drop off their grandchildren for summer camp. With a large smile, they recount how much a week at camp positively impacted their lives over 50 years ago. That’s why we have annual programming that fits everyone, young to old, so people can still experience the power camp has to impact a life.

There are so many great people, churches, and organizations in Lauderdale County. We’re new to the chamber, but not to Lauderdale County. We joined the chamber, because we believe in the value of working together to provide the best opportunities and services for Lauderdale County and the surrounding region. It is an absolute joy to serve as a resource of retreat and renewal.”

The Pine Ridge Pavilion (Main Camp Dining Hall) was constructed with cinder blocks that were remnants from one of three bombings Nanih Waiya Indian Mennonite Church (Neshoba Co.) experienced between 1964-1966.

The Treehouse and Bamboo Forest are two of PLFC’s most popular hiking destinations. PLFC’s Challenge Course is a perfect place for your team (church/business/organization) to learn more about one another’s strengths and weaknesses, and to grow and be a better team.

Parents and Group Leaders have said, “Pine Lake was the perfect place for our group. The rooms were great…the common room and porch were excellent for group gatherings…we were so well taken care of by the staff…we loved the beauty of the camp!”
