When we think of the body’s organs, we think of heart, liver, kidneys or lungs.  We almost never think of our skin even though it is our body’s biggest organ.  Weighing 8 pounds and covering up to 22 square feet, it is our largest external organ.  So the care and health of our skin is of upmost importance.  Saul Dermatology offers customized treatment for a wide variety of medical and cosmetic skin care needs.  They check and treat skin cancer, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, rashes and numerous other skin conditions.  They have Narrowband UVB therapy and Xtrac laser which are both beneficial for treating psoriasis and vitiligo without the need for systemic therapy.  They also offer minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. 

Saul Dermatology was established in August 2016, by Dr. Kenneth Saul after graduating from residency school.  Dr. Saul, a board certified Dermatologist, was one of the first graduates from the Department of Dermatology at UMMC.  He and his family are natives of MS and wanted to stay here.  Dr. Saul says, “The best part about practicing in Meridian is being close to family and treating people that you grew up around.  Living and working in Meridian allows me to personally relate to my patients.”
