Tame.  Just saying the word seems to have a calming effect on your mind.  Beautiful, peaceful, calm and serene seem like perfect synonyms.  TAME, LLC is a counseling therapy center with an integrated approach for the whole body. It is your health and wellness center for anyone wanting to optimize their mental and physical health. Therapy, couples counseling, medication management, intensive outpatient programs, mindfulness meditation, yoga, anger management classes and DUI education classes as well as reiki healing sessions. 

TAME has wonderful therapists who can help clients with most any issue that needs to be addressed; they are not just able to treat substance abuse or addiction issues.  They also treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, family & relationship problems, as well as eating disorders.  They have a psychiatric nurse practitioner as well as a collaborating physician.  TAME has services for ANYONE who is trying to get to a healthier, happier place in their life. 

“I started TAME in July 2012, on my own; offering rehab classes that were court ordered and the business has continued to expand.  I enjoy working with the local court systems.  I am able to sit inside the courtrooms and speak to people that have misdemeanor offenses and need the classes that TAME offers,” says Adele Williamson Graham.  “As a lifelong Meridian resident, I work very hard to improve my local community.  Many of our services do just that; we are in the business of helping people get healthier!  I am so grateful that I went through programs like Leadership Lauderdale and joined the EMBDC when I first started TAME.  The relationships and the networking benefits have proven to be instrumental in my business.  Meridian is still a small town with small town business working relationships.  Joining EMBDC helps us stay connected to the heart of our local community.”
