Two and a half years ago, Bruce Kelly of Trend Consultants, remodeled an existing long-term care facility in Meridian. The building contains 58 private rooms, a physical activity room, dining room, rehabilitation room, beautiful gazebo, porch, and all-occasion room. The all-occasion room’s pivotal point of interest is a beautiful baby grand piano. It is perfect for parties or gatherings of all kinds. In addition, they have classroom space available for in-service classes or other continuing education opportunities for staff and community.

Trend Health & Rehab offers these special services: in-house physical, occupational and speech therapy, short-term rehab, planned daily activities, in-house beauty/barber services and social services. Featured are their meals planned by a registered dietitian, in-house physician visits, a home-like environment, free cable, and transportation is available. Trend Health & Rehab also offers dialysis care.

Residents receive quality care from a professional staff. Residents comment on the sense of security and safety they feel when there is low turnover of nurses and other staff.
