Yates also provided construction management services for the Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience, which opened in downtown Meridian in 2018 and includes exhibits, artist workspace, and educational programs which are supported by the Yates organization and the Yates family. Yates is currently the construction manager of Lauderdale County’s new courthouse complex and Meridian Airport Authority’s Dean Aircraft expansion.
